The Wills Eye Library offers an extensive collection of surgical videos, operative reports, lectures, and wet labs created for ophthalmologists looking to expand their surgical skills. We welcome you to explore the collection and share with your colleagues!
The Wills Eye Surgical Curriculum was developed to help junior residents become better, quicker, and safer surgeons, thereby increasing their surgical volume and improving their patient outcomes. The curriculum includes class-specific lectures and wet labs throughout the first two years of training in the state-of-the-art Measey Ophthalmic Surgical Training Lab. The powerpoints and supply lists are available to download so that you can replicate the sessions at your institution.
Learn MoreThe Wills Eye Library was started by Michael Abendroth, MD, MBA (Class of 2020) and Aditya Kanesa-thasan, MD (Class of 2019), who admired and benefited from the excellent videos and tutorials on Iowa EyeRounds, Moran CORE, Cataract Coach, Eyetube, and similar websites. We hope that this collection helps young ophthalmologists explore this fantastic specialty and become better and safer surgeons.
