Dr. Ayres exchanges a trifocal IOL with retained cortex after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery performed elsewhere. After evaluation of the posterior capsule reveals a tear, he performs a pars plana vitrectomy and places a scleral-sutured MX60.
