Surgeon: Brandon Ayres, MD | Year: 2015
Dr. Ayres removes a piggyback IOL and a PCIOL in a patient with radial keratotomy because the piggyback IOL was dislocated and causing diplopia. The IOL powers were not known, so the ORA device was used to select the new IOL, which had to be sutured to the iris.
